Payment Terms
Payment may be made via cash, check, direct deposit (EFT) or online using PayPal.

Deposits
Much preparation time and organization is dedicated to all photo shoots.

Late cancellations and "no shows" cost us financially.  We choose not to inflate our prices which would unfairly affect all clients, but instead we charge a non-refundable deposit of $100.00 for all assignments which confirms your booking with us.

The balance payment must be paid in full prior to or at the time of your photo shoot.

Payment with order is required for printed photographs, CDROM or DVD productions.

For all Commercial Projects, terms are strictly 7 days with a deposit of 50% required prior to commencement.

Cancellations and No Show Fees
If you need to change the date or time of your appointment for any reason with less than 24 hours notice your deposit may be forfeited and considered a cancellation fee.

If you fail to show for your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited and considered a cancellation fee.

All prices displayed on this web site or in our brochures are subject to change without prior notification.
